As I was preparing for the Open House I could not locate Smokey! I wanted to share where I found this curious cat, I thought it was hilarious! FYI - this is the bedroom they are normally not allowed into!
So we had an open house on Sunday. It was not very busy but there was not any negative feedback from any lookers. No commitments on Sunday, that was to be expected. I am staying hopeful that someone that came by just might call back!

It is amazing how small he looks when you can't see his body!
so funny! animals always seem to sense change! good luck selling your house-things are crazy in real estate these days! it looks like such a great house, i'm sure some one will be interested soon. your new nephew is sooo cute!
